Be prepared when it matters most. The Emergency First Response (EFR) course gives you the skills to perform CPR, first aid, and manage emergencies confidently—both underwater and on land.

Course Details

  • Minimum Age: 12 Years Old

  • Duration:  1 Day

  • Required: PADI Open Water 

  • Course Components:

    • Self-rescue skills

    • 10 rescue exercises

    • 2 rescue scenarios in open water

Please Note: Scuba gear not included (can be rented separately)
