What Will You Learn?
Throughout the course, you'll refine your instructional skills, master EFR course standards, and learn how to structure effective lessons — making you a trusted and confident first aid and CPR trainer.
Primary Care (CPR)
Learn how to handle life-threatening emergencies with step-by-step techniques. You’ll practice eight essential skills, including:

Assisting patients who aren’t breathing or have no heartbeat

Managing potential spinal injuries

Treating shock and serious bleeding
-
Performing CPR and patient monitoring until emergency services arrive
Secondary Care (First Aid)
Not all emergencies are life-threatening. This part of the course covers:

Assessing injuries and illnesses

Providing first aid to ease pain and prevent further injury

Bandaging and splinting techniques for broken bones and wounds
